From one generation to the next, Jump’s Gourmet Peanuts is a family affair. Formerly run by “Head Nut", John Carlin. Jump’s Peanuts/Four Star Foods, LLC is now owned and operated by US Veteran, Steve Carlin, now “No. 1 Nut”.

Our peanuts are very popular! We bought the recipe for Jump’s Peanuts from William Jump, uncle to well-known actor, Gordon Jump.

A local favorite from the Dayton, Ohio area for over 50 years, our family enjoyed these peanuts so much that we bought the recipe! Initially, we were making 5,000 pounds of peanuts a year and today we produce in excess of 30,000 pounds a year.
